• On all delivery orders, when ordering a catered package, The American BBQ provides disposable plates, flatware, napkins & serving utensils at no charge.
  
  
• Warming pans are recommended (at additional cost).
  
  
• So that we may better serve you, we ask that you place catering orders 48 hours in advance, however we will do our best to accommodate orders on shorter notice.
  
  
• Prices do not include Mass meals tax.
  
  
• Minimum delivery charge is $25.
  (Additional charge may apply, depending on distance.)

Pick Up

• Any catering order may be picked up in either Rowley or Beverly. (plates, flatware, serving utensils and warming pans not included)

Simple Drop Off

• Food and utensils* are delivered hot to you, ready to be set up and served by you. Please add delivery fee. (gratuity optional)

Delivery & Set Up

• Server will deliver and professionally set up buffet with utensils*, inside or outside.
• Please add delivery fee* and up to 10% gratuity for a job well done.
  
• Warming pans recommended (additional charge)
  
• Please provide adequate tables for us to set up your buffet.

Full Service

• Server will deliver and professionally set up your buffet with utensils*, inside or outside, serve your guests and explain the different menu items. They will keep all the food freshly stocked & pipin’ hot, package any leftovers, and clean up the buffet and surroundings.
• One server is required for every 50 guests, minimum 4 hours each.
• Price for head server is $35.00 per hour, including travel time.
  Additional servers are $25.00 per hour.
• Please add delivery fee* and 15-20% gratuity for a job well done.
  
• Warming pans required. Additional charge of $10 each. (Quantity will vary.)
  
• Serving tables & tablecloths available at additional charge.
